JACK ANDREW FOUNDATION our name is an awakening of our inner calling, our ancestors JACK ANDREW SNR & JNR chose us to RISE UP. The BIG 4 as they were fondly referred to (NICHOLAS SCOTT, JACK ANDREW, JOSEPH MENDELSOHN, FYNN) were founding members of rural bus terminus named RENKINI situated in the heart of Thorngrove Bulawayo Zimbabwe. My grandfather Jack Andrew and his cousin Joseph Mendelsohn joined forces and mighty M & A Bus Service was born, their first bus was none other than “BULLY” a vintage broad faced DAF. BULLY was later passed down to my father EDWARD “JACK” ANDREW , the former swish design on the side reading M & A was now replaced by a biscuit brown swish reading : ANDREW BUS SERVICE. Tsholotsho a route deep in southern Matabeleland was Bully’s home ground he was tasked to serve the community of Tsholotsho and serve the community he surely did, from a distance BULLY could be spotted from miles away by the signature of building material along with goats and chickens stacked sky high on his rooftop.
